Overview

For those wishing a later departure, we leave for the monastery of St. Catherine’s in the morning, where we also see the basilica and the burning bush. Following on from our visit to St. Catherine’s, we next stop at Ein Khudra to visit the Rock of Inscriptions. On leaving the palm oasis of Ein Khudra, we return to Sharm El Sheikh via Dahab, whose name means “gold coast”.
